Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and INED GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (“Netted”, “we”, “our”, “us”), governing your use of the Netted mobile application, the website at nettedfc.co.uk and any related services (together, the “Service”). Our full legal details are at the bottom of this page.

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other mandatory rule of English law. Where a provision of these Terms would otherwise limit those rights, it does not apply to you as a consumer.

1. About the Service

Netted is a mobile app that helps parents, coaches and other family members follow a child’s grassroots football team. Features include creating and joining teams, logging fixtures and goals, voting for player of the match, viewing season statistics and creating shareable recap cards.

2. Eligibility and your account

3. Licence to use the Service

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Netted app on devices you own or control, and to access the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

This licence does not include the right to (a) resell, sublicense or make the Service available to others, (b) use the Service for a business or commercial purpose without our written consent, (c) modify, copy, adapt, reverse-engineer or decompile the Service or any part of it, or (d) remove any proprietary notices.

4. Content you post

User Content” means anything you enter, upload or share through the Service — including team names and logos, player names and photographs, match results, goals, assists and votes.

You keep any rights you have in your User Content. By posting User Content to the Service, you grant Netted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content solely to operate the Service, for as long as the content remains on the Service. When you or a team admin deletes the content, the licence ends (subject to short retention of backups).

You warrant that:

5. Children’s information and player content

If you add a player to a team, you may enter personal data about a child (for example, their name and photograph). By doing so you confirm:

See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle children’s data.

6. Acceptable use

When you use Netted you must not:

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. See Section 10.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Apple, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, Expo Push Notifications and Resend. Your use of those providers’ services is also subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control those providers and are not responsible for them.

The Service also integrates with third-party sign-in providers (Apple, Google). Your use of those sign-in services is subject to their own terms.

8. Price and paid features

The Service is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will make the price and payment terms clear before you buy them, and those additional terms will apply in addition to these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

Netted, the Netted name, logo, app design, source code, and all related materials are owned by INED GROUP LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.

10. Suspension and termination

Your right to end the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account. When you do, we will delete or anonymise your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our right to end the agreement

We may suspend or end your access to the Service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account is compromised, that suspension is necessary to protect other users or the Service, or that we are required to do so by law.

We may also discontinue the Service in whole or in part with reasonable notice, subject to the rest of these Terms and applicable law.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Statistics, scoreboards and other data shown in the Service depend on User Content and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any right that you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Our liability to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

Subject to the paragraph above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:

Netted is a personal, non-business service. If you are using it for the purposes of a business, you agree that the limitations above apply to the maximum extent.

13. Your responsibility to us

If you use the Service outside the scope of a personal, non-commercial user, you agree to indemnify Netted and its officers, directors and employees against any losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your User Content, or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

This clause does not apply to you as a consumer.

14. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may change, add, remove or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or the law. If we make material changes to the Terms we will notify you in-app or by email before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms; if you do not accept them, you can delete your account.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
